Aras Idaas creates premium leather handbags with a slow, intentional approach, crafted from 100% Italian vegetable-tanned leather. Our goal is to offer you a transparent, secure, and premium shopping experience.
2. Product Information
All Aras Idaas products are crafted from 100% Italian vegetable-tanned leather (Scala Campione certified, REACH compliant, and Leather Working Group certified). Each piece is shaped with care by our artisans to meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Our partner workshops are labor-audited and committed to environmentally responsible, sustainable practices.
Please note:
- Natural variations in texture, tone, and grain are inherent to genuine leather and are part of the product’s unique beauty.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency, automatically converted through our website. While we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, any confirmed order will remain at the agreed price. All payments are processed securely, and we accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other safe payment methods available at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
During our exclusive pre-launch, all handbags are made-to-order. Delivery begins 12 weeks after your order is placed. Free shipping is offered during this special period.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will cherish your Aras Idaas piece, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return it within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they are defective. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Product Care and Warranty
Aras Idaas products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase date.
Warranty Coverage:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Hardware malfunctions (zippers, clasps, buckles)
- Stitching failures not due to misuse
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and aging of leather
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Color fading from excessive sun exposure
- Scratches or scuffs from normal use
Proper care instructions are provided with each purchase. Following these guidelines will help maintain your bag's beauty and extend its lifespan.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your trust matters to us. We handle your personal information with the highest care, following our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and protected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, images, and product descriptions, is the exclusive property of Aras Idaas and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission. The Aras Idaas name and logo are registered trademarks.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aras Idaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
